The Copper Nickel Elbow is a pipe-directional fitting designed and manufactured in accordance with international standards including ASME B16.9, DIN 86090, GB/T 12459, and EEMUA 146. Common materials are CuNi90/10 (C70600) and CuNi70/30 (C71500), supplied in annealed (O) or stress-relieved condition. The elbows are formed by seamless tube hot-pushing or integral die-forging, ensuring continuous metal grain flow without wrinkles or cracks. Prior to dispatch, each piece undergoes dimensional inspection, visual examination, and specified non-destructive testing, accompanied by traceable heat numbers and mechanical property test reports. End finishes include butt-weld bevels (BW), socket-weld ends (SW), and threaded ends (NPT/BSP) to suit various piping interface requirements.

2.Product Applications

This product is suitable for liquid or gas piping systems whose design pressure does not exceed the allowable values for the corresponding temperature class. It is used as a standard directional component in the following engineering sectors:

Offshore Engineering: Seawater lift, firefighting, and cooling water loops on jack-up rigs, semi-submersibles, FPSOs, and subsea manifold systems.

Shipbuilding: Engine-room seawater systems, ballast tank lines, bilge and fire mains on both naval and commercial vessels.

Coastal Power Plants & Nuclear Stations: Open-cycle circulating cooling water, auxiliary cooling water, and condensate extraction piping turns.
