The Copper Nickel Elbow is a pipe fitting manufactured from copper-nickel alloy (cupronickel), primarily available in grades CuNi90/10 (UNS C70600 / BFe10-1-1) and CuNi70/30 (UNS C71500 / BFe30-1-1). Produced in strict compliance with international standards such as ASME B16.9, DIN 86090, EEMUA 146, and GB/T 12459, the elbows are formed through seamless tube pushing, bending, or integral forging processes, resulting in dense microstructure, smooth curvature, and uniform wall thickness. The Copper Nickel Elbow is one of the most fundamental components in any fluid system, used to change the direction of a pipeline.
