1.Product Description

The Copper Nickel Elbow is a high-performance pipe fitting manufactured from copper-nickel alloy (CuNi), primarily used to change the direction of fluid flow in piping systems. It features a characteristic "L"-shaped curved design, with common bending angles of 45° and 90°, and can also be customized to 180° and other special angles.

The main material grades include UNS C70600 (90/10 copper-nickel, approximately 90% copper and 10% nickel) and UNS C71500 (70/30 copper-nickel, approximately 70% copper and 30% nickel). Manufacturing processes include forging, hot extrusion, seamless push-forming, and medium-frequency hot bending, available in butt-weld, socket-weld, and threaded connection types. Products strictly comply with international standards such as ASTM B16.9, ASME B16.9, DIN 86090, and EEMUA 146.
