1.Product Description
Copper nickel bar (also known as cupronickel bar) is a copper-based alloy bar product with nickel as the primary alloying element. Common grades include CuNi8 (~8% Ni), CuNi10 (~10% Ni), CuNi14 (~14% Ni), CuNi19 (~19% Ni), CuNi30 (~30% Ni), as well as C70600 (90/10 copper-nickel) and C71500 (70/30 copper-nickel). The product is manufactured from high-purity electrolytic copper and electrolytic nickel through processes including melting, hot forging/rolling, straightening, and polishing, with strict dimensional tolerances and a smooth, burr-free surface. The bars comply with international and national standards such as ASTM B151/B151M and GB/T.
