70/30 Copper Nickel Bars (UNS C71500 / CuNi30Mn1Fe) are high-performance alloy bars composed of approximately 70% copper and 30% nickel, with small additions of iron and manganese to enhance strength and corrosion resistance . Manufactured to ASTM B111 standards, these bars offer medium to high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, making them highly suitable for demanding commercial engineering applications . The alloy delivers superior corrosion and biofouling resistance in saltwater environments, along with resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking .
