1. Product Description
Copper nickel elbows are pipe fittings made of copper-nickel alloy, commonly grades C70600 (90/10) and C71500 (70/30). They are manufactured by hot pushing or cold working followed by annealing, resulting in a uniform microstructure with no residual welding stress. These elbows offer excellent resistance to seawater, brackish water, and various corrosive chemicals, while providing natural anti-fouling properties. They are widely used in shipbuilding, offshore engineering, and chemical pipeline systems.

Outstanding seawater corrosion resistance: Quickly forms a stable oxide film on the surface, with almost no pitting or crevice corrosion during long-term service.

Good weldability: Suitable for TIG, MIG, and manual arc welding. No preheating required before welding, no post-weld heat treatment needed. Weld strength and corrosion resistance are comparable to the base material.

Reliable mechanical properties: Tensile strength ≥290 MPa, elongation after fracture ≥30%, capable of withstanding system water hammer pressure and vibration loads.

Full quality assurance: Mill test certificates provided with each shipment. Third-party inspection reports and classification society certificates (ABS, DNV, BV, CCS, etc.) available upon contract agreement.

Change pipeline direction horizontally or vertically at preset angles (45°, 90°, 180°).
