1. Product Description
Copper nickel elbows are pipe fittings manufactured from copper-nickel alloy (CuNi), primarily grades C70600 (90/10 copper nickel) and C71500 (70/30 copper nickel). The products are formed by forging or hot extrusion, followed by solution treatment to achieve a dense microstructure. They offer excellent seawater corrosion resistance, stress corrosion cracking resistance, and anti-marine fouling performance, making them ideal for highly corrosive piping systems.
2.Product Applications
These elbows are widely used in shipbuilding and offshore engineering (seawater cooling, ballast, and firefighting systems), desalination plant water transmission systems, power plant circulating cooling water, petrochemical corrosive media pipelines, as well as heat exchanger and condenser piping.
