1. Product Description
Copper nickel elbows are pipe fittings manufactured from copper-nickel alloy, with common grades C70600 (90/10) and C71500 (70/30). The products are produced by hot pushing or cold forming processes, followed by solution annealing to ensure uniform microstructure and freedom from residual stress. They offer excellent seawater corrosion resistance, anti-marine fouling properties, and good weldability. Various connection types are available, including butt weld, socket weld, threaded, and flanged ends. These elbows are widely used in marine engineering, shipbuilding, petrochemical, and power generation industries.

Copper nickel elbows are suitable for shipbuilding (cooling water, ballast, and firefighting systems), offshore oil and gas platforms, desalination plants, power plant cooling systems, petrochemical corrosive media transmission, as well as heat exchanger and condenser piping networks.
