Our 45/90/180 Degree 1-24" seamless elbows are strictly manufactured in compliance with EEMUA international standards, crafted from premium C70600 copper nickel alloy (available in CuNi 90/10 and CuNi 70/30 ratios). As seamless pipeline fittings, they are designed to meet the diverse connection needs of industrial pipeline systems, covering multiple angles and sizes to adapt to different pipeline direction changes and installation scenarios.
The core material C70600 copper nickel alloy is available in two common ratios: CuNi 90/10 (88.0%-90.0% copper, 9.0%-11.0% nickel) and CuNi 70/30 (68.0%-72.0% copper, 28.0%-32.0% nickel), both boasting excellent corrosion resistance—especially against seawater, chemical media and atmospheric oxidation. The seamless manufacturing process eliminates potential defects such as weld seams, ensuring uniform wall thickness, compact structure and high pressure-bearing capacity, suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature industrial environments.

Copper Nickel C70600 is also known as Copper Nickel 90/10 because it is made up of 10% nickel or as ASTM B111 and ASME SB111. C70600 is known for its moderate strength, weldability, and formability. The inclusion of controlled quantities of iron and manganese also give the 90/10 alloy an extraordinary resistance to general corrosion and stress cracking, as well as to erosion and impingement due to turbulent water containing air bubbles and silt flowing at high velocities.
