Our EEMUA 146 C70600 CuNi 9010 BW LR copper nickel elbow butt welding fittings are high-performance pipeline components, strictly manufactured in compliance with EEMUA 146 international standard (incorporated in PUB NO 234-2015 for offshore applications), crafted from premium C70600 (CuNi 9010) copper nickel alloy. Designed as butt welding (BW) long radius (LR) elbows, these fittings are specialized for industrial pipeline systems requiring reliable connection, corrosion resistance and stable fluid transmission, especially suitable for harsh marine and chemical environments.

 

The core material C70600 (CuNi 9010) is a high-quality copper-nickel alloy with nominal composition of 88.0%-90.0% copper, 9.0%-11.0% nickel, 1.0%-1.8% iron and 0.5%-1.0% manganese, boasting excellent seawater corrosion resistance (corrosion rate <0.025mm/year) and resistance to point corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion开裂. The long radius (LR) design (curvature radius = 1.5 times the pipe diameter) ensures smooth fluid flow, reduces flow resistance and pressure loss, making it ideal for high-pressure pipeline systems.

 

Adopting butt welding (BW) connection, these elbows provide a firm, leak-proof joint with high structural strength, suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature industrial piping systems. The welding performance is excellent, compatible with TIG/MIG welding processes, and the weld strength after welding is consistent with the base material without reducing corrosion resistance.
