1. Product Description

The Copper Nickel Reducing Tee is a seamless, T‑shaped fitting manufactured from high‑grade CuNi alloys – 90/10 (UNS C70600) or 70/30 (UNS C71500). It features one main run inlet and two branch outlets of smaller diameters, enabling flow splitting and size reduction in a single component without additional reducers.

The fitting is produced by hot forging or extrusion, ensuring a weld‑free body with superior structural integrity. End connections are available in three types: butt weld (BW) with beveled ends per ASME B16.25, socket weld (SW) with square‑cut chamfered ends, and threaded (NPT or BSP) for screw‑on installation. All surfaces are pickled and passivated to remove oxides and improve corrosion resistance in aggressive media.
