1. Product Description

CuNi Reducing Tee (90/10 or 70/30 alloy) connects a larger main pipe to two smaller branches in one seamless unit. Ends: butt weld, socket weld, or threaded. Surface: pickled and passivated.

Key design features:

  • Integral construction – formed by hot forging or extrusion, with no welded seams in the body for maximum strength and leak protection.

  • Precision‑machined ends – beveled ends per ASME B16.25 for butt‑weld types; square ends with chamfer for socket‑weld types; and tapered threads (NPT or BSP) for threaded types.

  • Customizable reduction ratios – branch diameters can be specified to meet various system requirements (e.g., 2:1, 3:2, or custom ratios).

  • Surface treatment – pickled and passivated to remove surface impurities and enhance natural corrosion resistance in aggressive environments.

Warranty: 18 months from delivery or 12 months from commissioning (whichever first) – covers material/workmanship defects.
