Installation Instructions
For Threaded Caps:

Clean pipe threads and apply Teflon tape or pipe sealant.

Screw the cap clockwise until hand-tight.

Use a wrench to tighten an additional 1/2 to 1 turn (do not overtighten).
For Soldered Caps:
1. Clean pipe end and inside of the cap with emery cloth.
2. Apply flux to both surfaces.
3. Heat the joint evenly and apply solder until a smooth seal forms.
