Seamless CuNi 90/10 Copper Nickel Pipe C70600 ASTM B466 Marine Heat Exchanger
Welded Copper Nickel Pipe is a tubular product formed by rolling and welding copper-nickel alloy strip or plate, commonly in grades CuNi 90/10 (UNS C70600) and CuNi 70/30 (UNS C71500). Compared with seamless copper-nickel pipe, welded pipe is more suitable for large-diameter, thin-wall, and long-length pipelines, offering lower cost, shorter lead time, and flexible dimensions. It is manufactured to international standards such as ASTM B467 and ASME SB467, and can also meet ASTM B466 and ASTM B111 requirements. Welding processes typically include TIG, MIG, or plasma welding, with welds subjected to non-destructive testing to ensure density and seawater corrosion resistance. Welded copper nickel pipe is widely used in seawater piping and heat exchange equipment for shipbuilding, marine engineering, power generation, desalination, oil and gas, and chemical industries.
