1.Product Description
Copper nickel pipe is a proven corrosion-resistant alloy tube widely recognized in marine engineering and industrial heat exchange applications. Based on the Cu-Ni binary system, iron and manganese are added to optimize erosion resistance and mechanical strength. We supply two main grades — 90/10 (C70600) and 70/30 (C71500) — available in both seamless (ASTM B466/ASME SB466) and welded (ASTM B467/ASME SB467) product lines. Each pipe is subjected to non-destructive eddy-current testing, hydrostatic/pneumatic pressure tests, and intergranular corrosion examinations to ensure proven reliability.

High critical erosion velocity: 70/30 withstands up to 4.5 m/s; 90/10 up to 3.5 m/s – both far exceeding ordinary copper pipe (1.5 m/s).

SCC resistance: Excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in ammonia, sulfide, and seawater-wet/dry alternating environments, outperforming brass and stainless steels.

Construction-friendly: Supplied in annealed condition, requires no preheating for field bending. GTAW welding yields high-quality joints without mandatory post-weld heat treatment.
