1.Product Description
Copper nickel pipe is an advanced corrosion-resistant alloy tube manufactured from high-purity electrolytic copper and nickel, with iron and manganese added as strengthening elements. It is produced through vacuum melting, hot extrusion/piercing, multi-pass cold rolling (or drawing), and bright annealing. Main grades are 90/10 CuNi (UNS C70600) and 70/30 CuNi (UNS C71500). Products are supplied in full compliance with ASTM B466/ASME SB466 (seamless) and ASTM B467/ASME SB467 (welded). Certification by major classification societies (DNV, ABS, LR, etc.) is also available upon request.
