1.Product Description
Copper nickel pipe is a copper-based alloy tube containing nickel with small additions of iron and manganese. Common grades are 90/10 CuNi (UNS C70600) and 70/30 CuNi (UNS C71500). Manufactured per ASTM B466/ASME SB466 (seamless) and ASTM B467/ASME SB467 (welded). Produced via extrusion/piercing, cold working, and annealing to ensure superior mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
