1.Product Description
Copper Nickel Flanges are pipe-connecting components made from Cu-Ni alloys, available in 90/10 (C70600) and 70/30 (C71500) grades. They are produced via forging, solution annealing, precision machining, and surface passivation. The flanges feature bolt holes and sealing faces (RF, FF, RTJ, etc.) to ensure leak-proof joints when assembled with gaskets and fasteners.
2.Product Applications
Marine: Seawater cooling, ballast, fire-fighting, and auxiliary systems on ships and offshore platforms.
Power & Desalination: Cooling water intakes/discharges in coastal power plants, and brine pipelines in desalination facilities.
Industrial: Heat exchangers, condensers, and chemical pipelines handling corrosive fluids.
Others: Aquaculture water supply, and general piping connections for pumps, valves, and equipment.

Outstanding seawater corrosion resistance – corrosion rate < 0.025 mm/year (90/10) and ≤0.01 mm/year (70/30), far outperforming 316L.
Natural anti-biofouling – copper ions inhibit barnacle and algae growth, reducing cleaning frequency.
High strength & erosion resistance – 70/30 grade offers tensile ≥490 MPa, resisting high-velocity flow and cavitation.
Excellent weldability – compatible with Cu-Ni pipes for reliable joints.

Long service life – up to 3× that of stainless steel in seawater, with low maintenance costs.
