1.Product Description
Copper Nickel Flange (also known as Cupro Nickel Flange) is a pipe flange connector manufactured primarily from copper (Cu) and nickel (Ni) alloy. Copper and nickel are infinitely soluble in each other, forming a continuous α-phase solid solution that endows the alloy with excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The product is produced through integral forging, followed by high-temperature forging, solution heat treatment, CNC precision machining, sealing face lapping, and acid pickling/passivation, resulting in a dense structure free from porosity and shrinkage. Primary material grades include Chinese standard BFe10-1-1 (B10, 90/10 copper nickel, equivalent to UNS C70600) and BFe30-1-1 (B30, 70/30 copper nickel, equivalent to UNS C71500). The product complies with ASME B16.5, ASTM B171/B151, GB/T 9119, HG/T20592, DIN, EEMUA 145, and other international and domestic standards.
