1.Product Description
Copper Nickel Flange is made of Cu-Ni alloy with a continuous α-phase solid solution, offering excellent mechanical and corrosion resistance. Manufactured by integral forging, solution annealing, CNC machining, sealing face lapping and passivation, it has a dense structure. Main grades: BFe10-1-1 (B10, UNS C70600) and BFe30-1-1 (B30, UNS C71500). Complies with ASME B16.5, ASTM B171/B151, GB/T 9119, HG/T20592, DIN, EEMUA 145, etc.
2.Product Applications
Widely used in marine & offshore (seawater cooling, ballast, firewater), desalination (intake/brine), coastal power plant cooling, offshore platforms, petrochemicals, as well as construction, pharmaceutical, aquaculture, etc. Used to connect pipes, valves, pumps and equipment in complete piping systems.
