1.Product Description 

 

Copper nickel pipe is an alloy tubing manufactured from Cu‑Ni systems, primarily grades 90/10 (C70600) and 70/30 (C71500), with controlled additions of iron and manganese. It is available in seamless and welded forms, produced to ASTM B466, ASTM B111, ASME SB111, EN 12451, and JIS H3300. The material is widely recognised for its dependable performance in marine and industrial fluid systems, combining moderate strength with exceptional resistance to seawater corrosion and biofouling.

 

2.Primary applications:

  • Shipbuilding & marine – Seawater cooling, fire‑fighting mains, ballast, bilge, and sanitary systems; hydraulic and pneumatic control lines.

  • Offshore oil & gas – Platform piping, FPSO topside modules, subsea umbilicals, and riser cladding.
