1. Product Description
Copper Nickel Plate is a copper‑nickel‑iron‑manganese alloy plate engineered for long‑term service in seawater, brine, and industrial cooling water systems. The alloy provides excellent resistance to general corrosion, erosion‑corrosion, and crevice attack. Key grades are CuNi90/10 (UNS C70600) and CuNi70/30 (UNS C71500), with Chinese equivalents BFe10‑1‑1 and BFe30‑1‑1. Production processes include hot rolling (HR) for plates thicker than 4 mm and cold rolling (CR) for plates down to 0.4 mm. Heat treatment (solution annealing) is applied to achieve optimal corrosion resistance and ductility. Surface conditions include hot rolled and pickled, cold rolled bright (2B), polished to various grits, and chequered patterns (diamond, lentil, or teardrop). All products are certified to ASTM B171, ASME SB171, EN 1652, or GB/T 15272.
