1. Product Description
Copper Nickel Plate is a copper‑based alloy plate containing nickel as the main alloying element, typically 10% or 30%, with iron and manganese added to improve mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. Standard grades include C70600 (90/10 CuNi), C71500 (70/30 CuNi), and Chinese grade BFe10-1-1. These plates are widely recognized for their exceptional resistance to seawater corrosion, impingement attack, and biofouling. They are produced by either hot rolling or cold rolling processes, and can be supplied in multiple tempers (annealed, quarter‑hard, half‑hard, full‑hard) and surface finishes (2B, polished, satin, mirror, diamond chequered).
