1.Product Description

Copper nickel pipe is a high-performance alloy tube primarily composed of copper with nickel as the principal alloying element. It is manufactured in accordance with international standards such as ASTM B466/B467, BS 2871, and DNV. The two most common grades are C70600 (90/10) and C71500 (70/30). This material is specifically engineered for demanding environments requiring excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, thermal conductivity, and good mechanical strength.

 

2.Product Applications

  • Marine & Shipbuilding: Seawater cooling lines, ballast systems, fire main systems, sanitary piping.

  • Offshore & Oil & Gas: Hydraulic and lubrication lines on platforms, fire water systems.

  • Power Generation: Steam turbine condensers, feedwater heaters, air coolers (nuclear & thermal plants).

  • Desalination: Multi-stage flash (MSF) and reverse osmosis (RO) evaporator tubing.
