Custom Forged C70600 CuNi Flanges, Class 300, 3-6 Inch, RF/RTJ, WN/TH/BL
Our copper nickel flanges are manufactured in strict accordance with ASTM standards, adopting C70600 copper-nickel alloy (CuNi) as the raw material, which has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. All flanges are forged with high precision, meeting Class 300 pressure rating, suitable for medium and high-pressure pipeline systems.
The flanges are available in 3-inch, 4-inch, 5-inch and 6-inch sizes, with two sealing faces: Raised Face (RF) and Ring Type Joint (RTJ), which can be matched with different pipeline connection requirements. We provide three types of flange structures: Weld Neck (WN), Threaded Hub (TH) and Blind Flange (BL), covering the needs of various pipeline connection scenarios.
Each flange undergoes strict quality inspection, including material composition testing, pressure resistance test and dimensional verification, to ensure that it meets the requirements of industrial use.
